Uniquely Extraordinary Spirits
Drawing inspiration from Puget Sound, Washington based Chambers Bay Distillery’s (CBD) mission is to create uniquely extraordinary spirits. Buddies Jeff Robinette and Alan Davis channeled their love of great whiskey into crafting CBD's first batch in 2014.
Since then, their creations have racked up honors from the American Distilling Institute, the Seattle International Spirits Awards, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and the New York World Wine & Spirits Competition. As their mission statement indicates, they’ve set a high bar for their spirits.
Each of Chambers Bay Distillery’s products are made with the highest quality ingredients and at least one unique, highly desirable characteristic. They are packaged cleverly and distinctly, and every product has its own compelling backstory. Together these qualities define Chambers Bay and their uniquely extraordinary spirits.
Shake Ghost Dig Whiskey, triple sec, and lime juice with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Add ingredients to ice-filled, salt-rimmed glass and stir. Garnish with celery stalk, asparagus spear, cocktail onion, olive, and lime wheel.
Build whiskey and bitters (to fill) in a rocks glass over ice and stir. Garnish with a lime and lemon wedge.
Shake Ghost Dog Whiskey and chocolate liqueur with ice and strain into dark chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
Shake Ghost Dog Whiskey and lime juice with ice and strain into ice-filled copper mule mug. Top with Ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
Shake over ice, strain into Martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Shake Rán Vodka and chocolate liqueur with ice. Strain into dark-chocolate and sea salt rimmed Martini glass. Garnish with chocolate curl.
Stir with ice, strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a smoked olive.
Shake first three ingredients, strain into cocktail glass and sink the grenadine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir and strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Stir and strain into cocktail glass with large ice cube Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
Shake first three ingredients and strain into champagne flute. Top with brut.
Stir with ice, strain into martini glass.
Muddle lime and lemon. Add Rán Vodka and simple syrup, shake, and strain into ice filled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Rosemary Simple Syrup: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 rosemary sprig Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan then bring to a boil. Cook, while stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove pan from the heat, add rosemary, and then let steep for 1 hour. Discard the rosemary sprig. ____________________________ Shake Rán Vodka, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary sprig.
Stir and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a slice of lemon peel over the drink, rub along the rim of the glass, and drop it in.
