Clayton Distillery’s Limoncello is produced in small batches with their handcrafted 190 proof grain alcohol used as a base. They hand zest the lemons and steep in alcohol for 90 days before filtering and adding homemade simple syrup. Best if kept chilled.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Limoncello, cranberry juice, ginger ale and shake well. Pour into a Martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon.
Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Clayton Distillery 14oz rocks glass filled with ice. Add soda and garnish with lemon.
Combine vodka, Limoncello and sweet & sour mix in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Swirl lemon around the rim of a Martini glass and dip rim in sugar. Strain mix into Martini glass and garnish with fresh lemon slice.
Combine all ingredients in a Clayton Distillery 16oz Tervis glass and stir. Garnish with lemon and raspberry.
