At Clayton Distillery, they make every barrel of Bourbon from scratch. They start with hard water ideal for whisky production and ferment a mash of corn, malted barley, wheat and/or rye. Their double pot distilled bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels and bottled at 92 proof as true Small Batch Bourbon.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the bourbon, amaretto and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with cherries.
