Litchfield Distillery’s Coffee Bourbon is unique. In fact, they’re not sure anything quite like it exists in the marketplace. Litchfield’s distillers carefully crafted this spirit with Windsor-based roaster, Baronet Coffee's Arabica cold brew specs. Then they steeped the grinds in cold distilled water for 24 hours for maximum absorption and infused the brew into their bourbon whiskey during the proofing process. The coffee is smooth, not bitter, and adds a complex earthy character to the finish.
