Savoir Faire


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. thyme water
  • 1 oz. dry Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz. Old Dam Gin
  • Full bar spoon Blackberry Liqueur
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, shake thoroughly, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Olivia De Havilland


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. hibiscus shrub
  • 1.5 oz. Old Dam Gin
  • 4 large mint leaves
  • Fill shaker with ice
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, shake and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Aviation


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz. Maraschino liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Old Dam Gin
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, shake thoroughly, and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.

Bloody Mammoth


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Dry Stack Vodka
  • Pickle, olives, cheese, and/or sausage, for garnish
  • Top with Bloody Mammoth* mix

Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. saskatoon juice
  • 2 oz. Dry Stack Vodka
  • Ice
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, combine ingredients, shake thoroughly and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary swizzle.

Mammoth Mule


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. lemon ginger shrub
  • .75 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. Dry Stack Vodka
Directions:
Fill rocks glass or Mammoth mug with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.

Robin Banks


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Dry Stack Vodka
  • 1 oz. roasted lemon peach shrub
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, combine ingredients, shake thoroughly, and strain into a rocks glass. Top with Phuzz Cider from Starcut, add a few dashes of cardamom bitters.

Central Lake Sour


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .75 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz. Mammoth Whiskey
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice, combine ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass, also filled with ice. Float .25 oz. raspberry liquor on top.

Bourbon and Bounce


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Cherry Bounce
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Bourbon
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Stir until cold and strain if desired. Garnish with a cherry.

Old Fashioned


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5” orange zest, added to rocks glass
  • 2 dashes bitters (or to taste)
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Bourbon or Rye
Directions:
Muddle and discard fruit, fill rocks glass with ice, or transfer to a coupe glass to enjoy neat, combine ingredients, and garnish with an orange zest spiral.

Snuffleupagus


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. lemon ginger shrub
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Whiskey
  • 3 dashes bitters (or to taste)
  • 3 mint leaves
Directions:
Gently muddle mint then add ice to the glass. Combine ingredients and enjoy!

Mammhattan


Ingredients:
  • .25 oz. Cherry Bounce
  • 1.5” orange zest, added to rocks glass
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Bourbon or Rye
Directions:
Muddle then discard fruit, fill shaker with ice, combine ingredients and straight into glass. Garnish with an orange zest spiral and cherry.

El Presidente


Ingredients:
  • .75 oz. dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Wood Boat Rum
Directions:
Fill mixing glass with ice, stir vigorously, and strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Float .25 oz. grenadine to bottom.

Bourbon and Bounce


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Cherry Bounce
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Bourbon
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Stir until cold and strain if desired. Garnish with a cherry.

  • .25 oz. Cherry Bounce
  • 1.5” orange zest, added to rocks glass
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz. Mammoth Bourbon or Rye
Directions:
Muddle and discard fruit, fill rocks glass with ice, combine ingredients, and garnish with orange zest spiral and cherry.
