Bloody Mary


Ingredients:
  • 1 Dash of Tabasco
  • 2 Dashes of Old Bay
  • 2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 oz. Horseradish Vodka
  • 6 oz. Zing Zang
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in Collins glass. Garnish with your choice of pickles, olives, meat straws, etc.

Ginger Sunset


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • Dash of grenadine
  • Pineapple Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a double old fashion glass except the grenadine and stir then add grenadine to the top. Garnish with a lime.

Collins


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Vodka, Gin, or Rum
  • Top Off With Club Soda
Directions:
Add all ingredients to Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Rose's Lime
  • 2 oz Gin or Vodka
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Lime.

Ginger Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Ginger Liqueur
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Hell Yeah


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Limoncello
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • Top Off With Club Soda
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a double old fashion glass. Garnish with a cherry and a spoon of cherry juice.

Moscow Mule


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Deer Camp Vodka or Ice Dunes Vodka
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Add vodka and lime juice to a chilled copper mug with ice. Add one of the squeezed lime halves for garnish. Top with ginger beer.

Pomegranate Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 2 oz N.L.D. Vodka of your choice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients on ice. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Lake Leelanau Breeze


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Wolf Moon Citrus Mixer
  • 2 oz N.L.D. Vodka of your choice
  • Top with cranberry juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass with ice and stir well. Garnish with a Bada Bing Cherry.

Cosmopolitan


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Orange liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed
  • 2 oz. Deer Camp Vodka
Directions:
Shake on ice pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime.

Ginger Mule


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Ice Dunes Vodka
  • 1 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Add ginger liqueur, vodka, and lime juice to chilled copper mug with ice. Add one of the squeezed lime halves for garnish. Top with ginger beer.

Limoncello Lemon Drop


Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 oz Ice Dune Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Limoncello di Leelanau
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • Wedge of lemon
Directions:
Rim cocktail glass with lemon then sugar Muddle lemon wedge and sugar in a shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients to shaker. Shake well and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Dirty Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Olives for garnish
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin (or Ice Dunes Vodka)
  • 3 tsp Olive Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Stir (or shake). Pour into martini glass. Garnish with two olives.

Hell Yeah


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Limoncello
  • 1.5 oz. Vodka
  • Top: Club Soda
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a double old fashion glass. Garnish with a cherry and a spoon of cherry juice.

Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Crib


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 2 oz Wolf Moon Citrus Mixer
  • Club Soda
Directions:
Add gin and citrus mixer to an ice filled double old-fashioned glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Jack Pine Gin & Tonic


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • Orange wedge (or lime)
  • Tonic Water
Directions:
Add gin to double old-fashioned glass with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with orange.

Celery Stalker


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped (in 1/2 in pieces)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
Directions:
Muddle in bottom of shaker: celery, sugar, lemon juice Add ice and gin. Shake well. Serve in a cocktail glass with a few ice cubes and a lemon twist.

Salty Dog


Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 3 oz Grapefuit Juice
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of coarse salt for top
Directions:
Shake gin and juices well on ice. Strain into cocktail glass and sprinkle with pinch of salt over top. Garnish with lime or grapefruit wedge.

Cucumber Gin Cooler


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 3 thin slices of cucumber
  • Juice of one lime
  • tonic water
Directions:
Add all but tonic water to a shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake for one full minute. Pour into an ice filled double old-fashioned glass. Top with tonic water.

Gin Ginny


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Squeezed Lime
  • 2 oz. Jack Pine Gin
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a double old fashion glass or copper cup.

Cherry Cobbler


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Jack Pine Gin or NLD Vodka of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 oz. Cherry Bounce
Directions:
Shake all ingredients & pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish w/ a cherry.

Gin Buck


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Jack Pine Gin
  • Squeeze of 1 lime
  • Top off with ginger beer
Directions:
Add all ingredients in double old fashion glass or copper cup. Garnish with a half of a lime.

Leelanau Lemon Aid


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Dash Limoncello
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3 Dashes of orange bitters
  • Top Off With Club Soda
Directions:
Muddle the sugar, lemon, and bitters in square rocks glass. Add ice, gin, and limoncello. Top with club soda. Stir well. Garnish with lemon slice.

Lemon Motor Boat


Ingredients:
  • 1 -1/2 oz NLD Vodka or Jack Pine Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Limoncello di Leelanau
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Club Soda
Directions:
Add vodka or gin, limoncello, juices, simple syrup to shaker of ice. Shake well. Pour into collins glass with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Cherry Mule


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Cherry Bounce
  • 1 oz Leelanau Vodka
  • 1 tsp Bada Bing Cherry Juice
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:
Add Cherry Bounce, vodka, lime juice and cherry juice to chilled copper mug with ice. Add one of the squeezed lime halves for garnish. Top with ginger beer.

Ginger Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Beach Coma


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Limoncello
  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1 tsp Bada Bing Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 of a Lime
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Bada Bing Cherry.

Hemingway Daiquiri


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 of a Lime
  • 1/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 oz. Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a spoon full of cherry juice.

Pina Colada


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum or Whalevack Spiced Rum
  • 2-4 oz Piña Colada Mix
Directions:
Shake on ingredients on ice. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a Bada Bing Cherry. Piña Colada Mix: Blend on high speed 1 can (15 oz) Coco Lopez Coconut Cream and 2 small cans (6 oz) pineapple juice. Keeps in refrigerator for approx. 3 weeks.

Hibiscus Daquiri


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • 2 oz Wolf Moon Hibiscus Mixer
Directions:
Shake all ingredients on ice. Pour into a cocktail glass.

Sex in a Snowbank


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • Shaved coconut
Directions:
Shake rum and coconut cream on ice. 2. Rim cocktail glass with coconut cream, dip in shave coconut. 3. Add one ice cube to glass and pour in drink. 4. (Optional) Garnish with small candy cane.

Thunder Snow


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Add rum and lime juice to chilled copper mug with ice. Add one of the squeezed lime halves for garnish. Top with ginger beer.

Drunk Monkey


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • 3/4 oz Grenadine
  • Orange Juice
Directions:
Add rum, orange liqueur, grenadine to double old-fashioned glass with ice. Stir well. Top with orange juice. Garnish with orange wedge.

Daquiri


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Shake on all ingredients on ice. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Bad Moon


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Lime squeezed
  • 2 oz Michigan Dogman Moonshine
  • 2 oz Wolf Moon pineapple jalapeno mixer
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass.

Chupacabra


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz Agave Syrup
  • 2 oz Dogman Moonshine
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Add moonshine, agave, and lime juice to chilled copper mug with ice. Add one of the squeezed lime halves for garnish. Top with ginger beer.

Moonshine Margarita


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Dogman Moonshine
  • 7-up or Sprite
  • Juice of 1-1/2 limes
Directions:
Add moonshine, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice to shaker with ice. Shake well. Rim the glass with salt and add one of the squeezed ime halves and ice. Add shaken drink. Top with 7-Up.

Squatch


Ingredients:
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 1 oz Deer Camp Bourbon
  • 1 oz Dogman Moonshine
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
Directions:
Muddle together in a square rocks glass: orange, sugar, bitters, maple syrup, Tabasco. Add ice, bourbon and moonshine. Stir. Top with Ginger Beer.

Seventh Moon


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Dogman Moonshine
  • 3/4 oz Grenadine
  • Orange Juice
Directions:
Add Moonshine and Grenadine to Collins glass with ice. Top with orange juice. Garnish with orange slice.

North Buck


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur
  • 2 oz Deer Camp Bourbon
  • Ginger Beer
  • Juice of 1 lime

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Leelanau Vodka
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Wolf Moon Hibiscus Mixer
  • 3/4 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur
Directions:
Shake all ingredients on ice. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge or hibiscus flower.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz N.L.D. Vodka of your choice
  • 1-1/2 oz Apple Cider
  • 1-1/2 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur
  • 1-1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a double old-fashioned glass with ice. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ginger Baker


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz NLD Vodka of your choice
  • 1/2 Tbs Agave Syrup
  • 2 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur
Directions:
Shake all ingredients on ice. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice.

Mai Tai


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Whaleback Spiced Rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into double old-fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with sprig of mint, pineapple slice, or rock candy swizzle.

North Breeze


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Whaleback Spiced Rum
  • 3 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Pineapple Juice
Directions:
Add rum and cranberry juice to a double old-fashioned glass with ice. Top with pineapple juice. Stir well. Garnish with lime or pineapple wedge.

Whale Runner


Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Bada Bing Cherry Juice
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Whaleback Spiced Rum
  • 3 oz Pinepapple juice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients on ice. Pour into Collins glass with fresh ice. Shave lime zest over top.
