Stillwagon Distillery prides itself on handcrafted products from made real ingredients. They start with blackstrap molasses and pure sugarcane sugar to produce their excellent rum. They use a small batch distilling process that separates the unwanted elements from the desirable, flavorful portion called the ‘hearts.’ It is then left in a barrel to be mellowed by the carbon, and infused with the vanillins, tannins, and the oak itself. This results in a smooth flavorful gold rum.
Stillwagon Distillery’s process is far more time intensive than others who use wood chips in stainless steel or plastic vessels. A stainless barrel cannot "breathe" the way a wooden barrel does. Wooden barrels’ interaction with temperature, the seasons, and humidity is what moves the spirit in and out of the wood. This oxidation and movement smoothes the spirit, giving it an unmatched quality to any other artificial means of ‘aging.’ They age The Devil's Own Gold Rum in new, custom-made, charred, American Oak barrels made in Kansas City, Missouri by Independent Stave Company, an added expense over using previously-used barrels.
Any flavor in their rums is a result of infusing that particular fruit or spice, rather than extracting those flavors with chemicals or worse, an artificial flavor. The result of all this is a spirit made with real ingredients, by real people, guaranteed to taste real good.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Crescendo Limoncello
  • 1 oz. Persian Reed Vodka

The Devil's Mojito


Ingredients:
  • 0.50 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 Lime Slices
  • 2 oz. Falernum
  • 4 Mint Leaves
Directions:
Muddle mint and lime slices in a pint glass. Shake Falernuma nd simple syrup and add to glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon or lime slice and a mint leaf.

The Devil Drop


Ingredients:
  • 0.50 oz. Limoncello
  • 0.50 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Falernum
  • 1/2 Small Lemon
Directions:
Fill a chilled Martini glass with ice. Place all ingredients in shaker, squeezing in 1/2 lemon. Shake and strain into chilled glass and coat rim in sugar. Garnish with lemon or lime slice.

Devil's Own Mai Tai


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 0.75 oz. Falernum
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, then pour over ice and float 0.75 oz. Hibiscus Rum. Add a splash of grenadine and garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

  • 1 oz. Gold Rum

Muddle several mint leaves in a glass with a teaspoon of sugar. Combine Rums and lime jucie in shaker, shake, then pour over ice in glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint leaf.

Hemingway Daquiri


Ingredients:
  • 0.25 oz. Real Grenadine
  • 0.75 oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. White or Gold Rum
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, and pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a Grapefruit peel twist.

Hibiscus Iced Tea


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Hibiscus Rum
  • Grenadine
  • Iced Tea
  • Sprig Mint
  • Sweetened Lime Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a tall glass with ice and garnish with the sprig of mint.

Mocha Colada


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • 1 oz. Devil's Own Mocha Rum

Fill Hurricane glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into a shaker (squeeze lime slice) and shake. POur all contents into glass an top with 7 up. Float Black Rum on top.

Devil's Banana Split


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. White Rum
  • 0.75 oz. Coco Real
  • 1 lime slice
  • Banana liqueur
Directions:
Squeezed 1 slice of lime in shaker filled with ice, add igredients, and shake. Pour all contents into a Hurricane glass and top with 7 up. Float Mocha Rum on top and top off with whipped cream and a amaraschino.cherry.

Hurricane


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. Gold Rum
  • 2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 2 oz. Silver Rum
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
Directions:
Combine rums and juices in a shaker wiht ice. Shake and pour over ice in a glass and add a dash of grenadine.

  • 0.25 oz. Devil's Own Falernum
  • 1.5 oz. The Devil's Own Rum
  • Club Soda
