Fellows and Foragers combines a variety of classical absinthe herbs, including anise, fennel, and wormwood, along with some unique attributes that draw out flavor and depth, such as ginger and tarragon. Overall, there are eleven various botanicals in their recipe and they use over 75 pounds of these botanicals for each 50-gallon batch we create, resulting in a rich and flavorful spirit for your enjoyment.
Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup at the bottle of a high ball glass. Add ice and absinthe and stir. Top with club soda.
Fill absinthe fountain with ice water and let sit for a minute or so, so the water has time to chill. Put sugar cube on a absinthe spoon, and let water drip so it soaks the sugar cube and dilutes the absinthe to your liking.
