Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • 4 blackerries
  • Ice
Directions:
Muddle blackberries in cocktail shaker. Combine other ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake until combined. Strain into ice filled glass. Top with club soda and garnish with blackberries

Bourbon Root Beer Float


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • Root Beer
  • Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Add ingredients to glass and drink up!

Old Fashioned


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. dashes Bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 oz. Bad Dog Bourbon
  • Large ice cubes
Directions:
Add sugar, water, and bitters to glass. stir until sugar is dissolved. Add ice to glass. Pour Bourbon into glass. Stir and garnish with orange peel or orange slice

Strawberry Lemonade Whiskey Sour


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 4 large strawberries, hulled and chopped
Directions:
Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Allow berries to release juice by sitting in the liquid at least 30 minutes. Add the strawberry mixture to the blender and run it on low. Add whiskey and swirl to combine. Pour over ice and serve.

Bourbon Peach Blended Cocktail


Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Bourbon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • Peach Simple Syrup
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar and peaches to make the simple syrup. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, and steep for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until use. Pour the peach simple syrup, peach slices, the bourbon and ice cubes into the blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately, and enjoy with a slice or two of fresh peach on the side!

Peach Bourbon Thyme Smash


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Ripe peach
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 Sprigs fresh thyme, one stripped of leaves
  • Fresh Ice
Directions:
In a martini shaker add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup. Cut peach in half remove pit and squeeze peach martini shaker. Any peach pieces that fall in is fine.\nAdd leaves from fresh thyme and shake well.\nFill glass with ice and pour in bourbon mix.\nGarnish with fresh thyme and a peach wedge.
