New York Straight Bourbon Whiskey

92 Proof, 46% ABV

At Clayton Distillery, they make every barrel of New York Straight Bourbon from scratch. They start with hard water, ideal for whisky production, and ferment a mash of corn, malted barley, wheat and/or rye. Their double pot distilled bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels and bottled at 92 proof as a true small batch bourbon.

The Cruiser

Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. Cherry Shine 5050
  • 0.75 oz. NY Straight Bourbon
  • 3 oz. Ginger Ale
  • Maraschino Cherry (for garnish)
Directions:
Fill a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Breakwater

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. NY Straight Bourbon
  • Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the bourbon, amaretto and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with cherries.
