Aged in American and French oak barrels, Embajador Tequila’s Premium is a young distillate with accents of extraordinary character, aroma, and flavor that will keep the most demanding palates eagerly awaiting the next sip. The cooked agave aroma is intense with delicate herbal and fruit notes like cherry, banana, lime and a bit of grapefruit. Embajador Premium is silky and full-bodied, leaving a nice sensation as it passes through the palate. Rested for 8 months in American and French Oak barrels. Best enjoyed at 64° Fahrenheit.

Desert Rose


Ingredients:
  • Ginger Beer
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Giffard Pamplemouse liquor
  • 0.5 oz. hibiscus syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
Directions:
Put all ingredients minus the Ginger Beer into shaker\nHard shake and strain into a coupe glass or copper mule mug.\nTop off with Ginger Beer.\n\nGarnish with lemon peel and luxardo cherries

Ambassadors Cadillac Margarita


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Gran Gala or Grand Imperial Orange Liqueur
  • 12 oz. Dr Swami & Bone Daddy Top Shelf Margarita Mix
  • 4 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
  • Half a fresh lime (hand squeezed)
Directions:
In a large glass, pitcher or shaker add all ingredients (except lime juice) and mix. Salt the rim of a couple of margarita glasses or one large Ambassador size one, fill with ice and pour. Top off with the fresh squeeze lime juice and stir one last time. Enjoy this one with friends & family!

Fluffy's Chock-lit D'lite


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 0.5 oz. Gran Gala liqueur
  • 1 oz. Embajador Premium Tequila (Reposado)
  • 1 oz. Irish cream
  • 1 oz. Kahlua French Vanilla
  • 2 oz. Godiva Chocolate liqueur
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Chocolate syrup
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare a lowball style glass by rimming it with chocolate sprinkles. Place chocolate syrup & sprinkles into individual plates. Dip glass into syrup then dip into sprinkles to coat rim lightly & then swirl some chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. \n\nStep 2: Fill up shaker with ice, add in all alcohol ingredients, cover & shake (15sec). Pour with ice into prepared glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings (optional). Mmm..Mmm Mmm...DAMN that's good!

Citrus Sparkler


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 8 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
Directions:
In a shaker mix all ingredients. Fill up a lowball or highball glass with ice and pour over. Garnish drink with a grapefruit & orange peel. Enjoy!

Passion Fruit Cocktail


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
  • 2 oz. passion fruit juice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker (fill with ice) combine all ingredients. \nShake (15 seconds) and strain into a short glass, garnish with a slice of lime.

The Royal


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Monin Desert Pear syrup
  • 2 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
Directions:
Muddle 2 fresh jalepeno rings and 2 fresh basil leaves. Pour all ingredients into muddled shaker, add ice. Hard shake. Strain into low ball glass over new ice. Garnish with Jalapeño ring and Basil leaf.

Gentleman's Drink


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
  • Club soda to taste
Directions:
Pour Tequila into rocks glass over ice. Top off with Club Soda. Garnish with lime wedge and mint leaf or orange peel.

2 to Tango


Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. Canton Di Ginger
  • 0.75 oz. spicy mango syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Embajador Premium Reposado
  • 3 dashes rose water
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a shaker. Hard Shake and Strain into a Coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and a strawberry.
