Yes. Just like a liquor store, you need to be of legal drinking age to enjoy BigFish Spirits. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID.

Yes, the delivery address must be in Illinois and the person receiving the gift of legal drinking age. The person who signs for the delivery must be an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID.

Delivery is scheduled during the checkout process. Scheduling is important because in order to receive your order, an adult (21+) with a government-issued ID must sign for the package.

Any adult (21+) can sign for your delivery. This includes a friend, relative, co-worker, secretary, roommate, housekeeper, dog-walker, or neighbor.

Orders under $150: $8.00+
Orders over $150: Free shipping

Not at this time. Deliveries are made daily between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We will contact you on the day of delivery with a more specific window.

Orders placed before 4 p.m. will arrive within 2 business days.

To cancel or return your order, call us at 1-800-867-7704 or email our customer service team at support@bfspirits.com. Please provide your name and order number.

Your refund will be made within 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product back from you. Once the order has been returned back to us, you will receive an email letting you know that we have received the returned order, the return process is complete, and your card has been credited.
