In Ocala, Florida, Fish Hawk Spirits is distilling the natural bounties and sweet aromas of Florida. With more than ten uncommon craft spirits to choose from, Fish Hawk Spirits offers up something different and unique for every type of drinker.
Founded in 2012, Fish Hawk Spirits aims to capture the spirit of Old Florida. Working out of a shed, what they lack in flair, Fish Hawk Spirits makes up with their expansive line of award-winning craft spirits. Whiskey, rum, vodka and absinthe, they do it all on site, on their farm, with hand-built stills and equipment.
Almost all of Fish Hawk Spirits’ ingredients come from their farm where they grow corn, herbs, botanicals and fresh fruit. If Fish Hawk doesn’t grow it, they source it from one of their local agricultural partners. In every bottle of Fish Hawk Spirits family of craft spirits, you’ll taste the freshness that makes Florida famous.

Berry Rubra


Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Cranberry juice
  • Squeeze of lime
  • 1.5 oz. Absinthia Rubra
Directions:
Add Absinthia Rubra, cranberry juice, and squeeze of lime into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lime twist.

Golf Thunder


Ingredients:
  • Dash of Bitters
  • 1.5 oz. orange juice
  • 0.50 oz. Absinthia Rubra
  • 0.50 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Marion 106 Black
Directions:
Add Marion 106, orange juice, bitters, and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Orange Blossom Sintini


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Absinthia Rubra
  • 2 oz. orange blossom honey
  • 4 oz. ice water
Directions:
Add Absinthia Rubra, orange blossom honey, and ice water into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Poignant Poinsettia


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1.5 oz. Absinthia Rubra
  • 3.5 oz. champagne
Directions:
Add champagne, cranberry juice, and absinthia into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a sugar dipped lemon wheel floating atop.

Rubra Bull


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Absinthia Rubra
  • 3 oz. regular Red Bull
  • Squeeze of lemon or orange
Directions:
Add Absinthia, Red Bull, and squeeze of citrus fruit into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a pontarlier absinthia glass.

Florida Sour


Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1.5 oz. Marion 106 Black
Directions:
Add Marion 106 Black, orange juice, lemon, and lime into a mixing glass. Stir and pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon and lime wheel.

Soliders Sangria


Ingredients:
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 2 Blackberries
  • 1.25 oz. Marion 106 Black
  • 1.25 oz. Mead
  • Splash of blackberry lemonade
Directions:
Muddle orange peel, blackberries, and bitters. Add ice and pour in Marion 106 and mead. Add a splash of lemonade and serve.

Black & White Hot Chocolate


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Marion 106 Black
  • 4 oz. White Hot Chocolate
Directions:
Add Marion 106 Black with White Hot Chocolate in a mixing glass and stir. pour in a martini glass or mug. Garnish with marshmallows and an orange wheel.

Liquid Apple Pie


Ingredients:
  • .5 oz. honey
  • 1 oz. Water
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 oz. Sui Generis Orchard Buzz
  • 2 Apple Slices
Directions:
Muddle apple slices, add Orchard Buzz, honey, water, and cinnamon. Add ice, shake, and strain.

Stormy Florida


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Black Rum
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
Directions:
Garnish with a lime slice.
