- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
- 2 tbsp. Cream of Coconut
- 3 shots Busted Barrel Silver Rum
- 8 oz. pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
Fill a blender 3/4 full with ice (if you're feeling fancy, make your own ice from coconut water). Add all ingredients, and blend until smooth. Garnish with a cherry, a lime wedge and some additional shredded coconut.
