Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin

Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin is a distiller’s choice cut of Myer Farm Gin, aged in their own seasoned John Myer Whiskey barrels. A unique, light and smooth whiskey-type spirit with hints of cinnamon and cardamom. Refreshing neat or on the rocks, it also combines well with coffee, iced tea, or in your favorite specialty cocktail.

Ingredients:
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Fill with Sparkling Ice Crisp Apple Sparkling Water
Directions:
Stir in a dash of bitters. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Golden Apple


Ingredients:
  • Fill with Apple Cider
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold
  • Half-fill rocks glass with ice
Directions:
Stir well. Garnish with an apple wedge and cinnamon stick.

Cranberry Spice


Ingredients:
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold
  • Half-fill rocks glass with ice
  • Fill with cranberry juice
Directions:
Stir in a couple dashes of bitters. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Peach on the Beach


Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • 1oz Master of Mixes' White Peach Daiquiri Mix
  • 1oz orange juice
  • 1oz pineapple juice
  • Half-fill cocktail shaker with ice
Directions:
Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry dropped in bottom of glass.

Liquid Gold


Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • 1/2oz Triple Sec syrup
  • A few dashes orange bitters
  • Add ice to mixing glass
Directions:
Shake over ice. Pour into rocks glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Sparkler


Ingredients:
  • Half-fill rocks glass with ice
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • Fill with sparkling apple juice or cider
Directions:
Stir well. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Cayuga-Rita


Ingredients:
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • 1/2oz lime juice
  • 1/2oz triple sec
  • 1/2oz water
  • 1/4oz simple syrup
  • Add ice to a mixing glass
  • Rim rocks glass with margarita salt
Directions:
Shake and pour (no strain) into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Chocolate Orange Blossom Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • 1/4oz chocolate bitters
  • Fill shaker cup with ice
Directions:
Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and edible violets.

Island Sunset


Ingredients:
  • 1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • Fill shaker cup with ice
  • 1/2oz Fee Brothers' Orgeat syrup
  • 1/2oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4oz lime juice
  • 1oz Fee Brothers' Falernum syrup
Directions:
Shake and pour (no strain) into tall glass. Fill glass with fresh ice. Top with cranberry juice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Lakesider


Ingredients:
  • Fill shaker cup with ice
  • 1/2oz Atsby Armadillo Cake vermouth
  • 1/2oz Fee Brothers' Falernum syrup
  • 2oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • 3 dashes cranberry bitters
Directions:
Shake well and pour into rocks glass. Top with cranberry juice, if desired. Garnish with orange wedge.

Ingredients:
  • Atsby Armadillo Cake Vermouth
  • Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
  • Cranberry
  • Falernum

Autumn Smash


Ingredients:
  • 0.25 oz. simple syrup
  • Orange wedge
  • Maraschino Cherry
  • 2-3 dashes plum bitters
  • 2 oz. Cayuga Gold
  • 2-3 Figs
Directions:
Muddle orange wedge, cherry, figs, bitters, and simple syrup in a shaker cup. Add ice and Giin then shake vigorously, strain over ice in a rocks glass.
