Bloody Mary


Ingredients:
  • 1 Dash of Tabasco
  • 2 Dashes of Old Bay
  • 2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 oz. Horseradish Vodka
  • 6 oz. Zing Zang
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in Collins glass. Garnish with your choice of pickles, olives, meat straws, etc.

Cosmopolitan


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed
  • 2 oz. Deer Camp Vodka
Directions:
Shake on ice pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime.

Ginger Sunset


Ingredients:
  • Pineapple juice
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • 1 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed
  • 2 oz. Vodka
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a double old fashion glass except the grenadine and stir then add grenadine to the top. Garnish with a lime.

Gimlet


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Rose's Lime
  • 2 oz. Ice Dunes Vodka
Directions:
Shake on ice and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Lime.

Hell Yeah


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1.5 oz. Vodka
  • 1.5 oz. Limoncello
  • Top: Club Soda
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a double old fashion glass. Garnish with a cherry and a spoon of cherry juice.

Cherry Cobbler


Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Jack Pine Gin or NLD Vodka of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 oz. Cherry Bounce
Directions:
Shake all ingredients & pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish w/ a cherry.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Jack Pine Gin
  • Squeeze of 1 lime
  • Top off with ginger beer

Limoncello Lemon Drop


Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1.5 oz Ice Dune Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Limoncello di Leelanau
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • Wedge of lemon
Directions:
Rim cocktail glass with lemon then sugar\nMuddle lemon wedge and sugar in a shaker.\nAdd ice and remaining ingredients to shaker. \nShake well and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Dirty Martini


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 2 Olives for garnish
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin (or Ice Dunes Vodka)
  • 3 tsp Olive Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.\nStir (or shake).\nPour into martini glass.\nGarnish with two olives.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lemon wedge
  • 1 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Dash Limoncello
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3 Dashes of orange bitters
  • Top Off With Club Soda

Muddle the sugar, lemon, and bitters in square rocks glass. Add ice,\ngin, and limoncello. Top with club soda. Stir well. \nGarnish with lemon slice.

Ingredients:
  • Club Soda
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 -1/2 oz NLD Vodka or Jack Pine Gin
  • 1 oz Limoncello di Leelanau
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Directions:
Add vodka or gin, limoncello, juices, simple syrup to shaker of ice.\nShake well.\nPour into collins glass with ice.\nTop with club soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 2 tsp Honey

Ingredients:
  • Club soda
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 2 oz Wolf Moon Citrus Mixer

Jack Pine Gin & Tonic


Ingredients:
  • Tonic water
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • Orange wedge (or lime)
Directions:
Add gin to double old-fashioned glass with ice.\nTop with tonic water.\nGarnish with orange.

Celery Stalker


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped (in 1/2 in pieces)
Directions:
Muddle in bottom of shaker: celery, sugar, lemon juice\nAdd ice and gin. Shake well.\nServe in a cocktail glass with a few ice cubes and a lemon twist.

Salty Dog


Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 3 oz Grapefuit Juice
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of coarse salt for top
Directions:
Shake gin and juices well on ice.\nStrain into cocktail glass and sprinkle with pinch of salt over top.\nGarnish with lime or grapefruit wedge.

Cucumber Gin Cooler


Ingredients:
  • Juice of One Lime
  • 2 oz Jack Pine Gin
  • 3 thin slices of cucumber
  • tonic water
Directions:
Add all but tonic water to a shaker with a few ice cubes.\nShake for one full minute.\nPour into an ice filled double old-fashioned glass.\nTop with tonic water.

Pina Colada


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum or Whalevack Spiced Rum
  • 2-4 oz Piña Colada Mix
Directions:
Shake on ingredients on ice. Pour into a cocktail glass.\nGarnish with a wedge of pineapple or a Bada Bing Cherry.\nPiña Colada Mix:\nBlend on high speed 1 can (15 oz) Coco Lopez Coconut Cream and \n2 small cans (6 oz) pineapple juice. Keeps in refrigerator for \napprox. 3 weeks.

  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • Shaved coconut
Directions:

Add moonshine, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice to \nshaker with ice. Shake well.\nRim the glass with salt and add one of the squeezed ime halves and\nice.\nAdd shaken drink. Top with 7-Up.

Ingredients:
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 Orange wedge
  • Ginger Beer
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 oz Deer Camp Bourbon
