Maple Mint Julep
- .25 oz. maple syrup
- 2 Mint leaves, plus one for garnish
- 2 oz. Boulder Ginskey Barrel-Aged Gin
- Club soda
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a dry mixing tin, muddle, add ice, and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
