Young & Yonder Spirits is an artisan craft distillery led by a husband-wife team based in Sonoma County, California. They left their careers in San Francisco to move up yonder, off the grid in Sonoma to pursue their dream of building a craft distillery and to make great spirits.
From grain to shelf, they belabor every detail for quality and continually strive to innovate. Young & Yonder are young, full of ambition, and always trying out novel techniques, flavors and experimentations to create exceptional distilled products for all to enjoy.

All Day Bloody


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 parts of Armont Vodka
  • 4 parts Sarah’s bloody mary mix
Directions:
Bloody Mary Mix:\nBlend together roughly 7 medium sized tomatillos, 2 cucumbers, 10-15 parsley leaves, 1 tbsp. of celery salt & pepper, \njuice of 3 limes, add green Tobasco sauce & worcestershire sauce to taste.\n___________________________\nAdd bloody mary mix & vodka into glass. Top with ice and stir. Garnish with cocktail onions.

Cran-Pom Tini


Ingredients:
  • 0.50 oz. lime juice
  • 0.50 oz. rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 parts Armont Vodka
  • 2 parts cranberry pomegranate juice
  • Fresh rosemary
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. \nStrain into coup glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Summer Shrub


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 part Armont Vodka
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part SHED Strawberry Tarragon shrub
  • 1/4 part egg whites
  • Strawberry garnish
Directions:
Shake vodka, the shrub, lemon juice and egg whites into shaker vigorously for a couple of seconds. \nAdd ice and shake again. Strain into coup glass and garnish with strawberry.

Vanilla Pear Drop


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 parts of Armont Vodka
  • 1/4 part vanilla bean extract
  • 3 parts pear juice
  • Pear slice garnish
Directions:
Shake vodka, pear juice & vanilla into shaker with ice. \nStrain into glass & garnish with thin pear slice.

Celery Collins


Ingredients:
  • 1 part celery juice
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 2 parts H.O.B.S. Gin
  • Club soda
  • Few dashes of King Floyd’s Cardamom bitters
Directions:
Put gin, celery juice, lemon juice and syrup into shaker with ice. Shake and put into glass. \nAdd few dashes of cardamom bitters and top with more ice and club soda.

Gin Buck


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 part H.O.B.S. Gin
  • 1/2 part lemon juice
  • Ginger ale
  • Lemon wheel garnish
Directions:
Add gin and lemon juice into high ball glass. Fill with ice and top with \nginger ale and garnish with lemon wheel.

Holiday G&T


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 part lemon juice
  • 1/2 part spiced simple syrup (cloves, all spice and cinnamon)
  • 2 parts H.O.B.S Gin
  • Fever Tree Indian Tonic (Light)
  • Fresh lemon
Directions:
Add all ingredients except for the tonic into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. \nPour into glass and top with tonic. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Lavendar Bees Knees


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 H.O.B.S. Gin
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part honey lavender syrup
  • Lemon sparkling water
Directions:
Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top with lemon sparking water.\nGarnish with lavender.

The Gin Spin


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 parts H.O.B.S. Gin
  • 1/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 part vanilla fig simple syrup
  • Lemon wheel garnish
  • Tonic
Directions:
Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and \ntop off with more ice and tonic. Add lemon wheel as garnish.

Blackberry Moscow Mule


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 parts Distiller's Series Lime Vodka
  • 1/2 part blackberry simple syrup
  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Fresh lime
Directions:
Add lime vodka, blackberry syrup and ice into glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with fresh blackberry & lime wedge.

The Bitter Mule


Ingredients:
  • 1/4 part King Floyd’s Ginger Syrup (available at tasting room)
  • 2 1/2 parts Distiller's Series Lime Vodka
  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • Fresh lime
Directions:
Add lime vodka, ginger syrup and ice into glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

Absinthe Fountain


Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Fellows & Foragers Absinthe
  • Sugar cube
Directions:
Fill absinthe fountain with ice water and let sit for a minute or so, so the water has time to chill. \nPut sugar cube on a absinthe spoon, and let water drip so it soaks the sugar cube and dilutes the absinthe to your liking.

Absinthe Mojito


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Fellows & Foragers Absinthe
  • 1/2 part lime juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Fresh mint
Directions:
Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup at the bottle of a high ball glass. \nAdd ice and absinthe and stir. Top with club soda.
